Check-in and Check-out Policy
We kindly ask all guests to strictly observe our check-in and check-out times. Late check-outs will incur an automatic surcharge of 50% of the daily rate. Please note, we do not offer check-ins or check-outs on Fridays and Motzai Shabbos, and we do not accommodate Sunday check-ins.

Kashrus Policy
At our rental house, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of kashrus. All our villas are owned by Shomrei Shabbos families and are rented exclusively to kosher observant individuals. In the rare event that it becomes necessary, we will ensure the kitchen is kashered to meet your needs.

Rates Policy
With La Menucha Villas, there are never any hidden fees or rate changes. The only additional charge you'll see on your bill is a one-time cleaning fee and tax. The cleaning fee varies according to family size.
Booking Policy
If you choose to book your villa more than 30 days in advance, you'll be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The rest of the payment will be due 30 days before check-in. If you book your villa within 30 days of your arrival, however, you'll be charged the full amount immediately upon booking. All of our properties have a three-night minimum.
Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid payment upon cancellation, we advise you to purchase travelers' insurance. Once a reservation is made, the dates are reserved for you and there will be no refund.
